Our enquiry forms use Forminator. We collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message that you provide. Submitted information is stored in our WordPress website and an email notification is sent to the inbox configured for our team. We use your details to review your request and respond. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.

You can also email info@clinvise.com directly. Avoid including confidential device files, patient information or other sensitive material in an initial enquiry.
Cookies and website services
Our website is hosted by Hostinger and uses WordPress, Elementor and Forminator to operate its pages and enquiry forms. Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide their services. Website services may process technical information and use access-related cookies to deliver and secure the site. Fonts or other resources loaded from third-party services may also involve technical requests to those providers.
